What this site is
Nancy's Web is an information service. We list products sold by Amazon and third-party sellers on Amazon. We don't sell anything ourselves, hold stock, take payment, or handle shipping, returns, or warranties. Your purchase contract is with Amazon or the seller, never with us.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep prices current and we hide figures we can't stand behind, but listings change constantly. The price, availability, and description on Amazon's page at the moment of purchase are authoritative. We're not liable for a deal that ended before you got there.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at volume, don't attempt to bypass rate limits, and don't reproduce the deal database wholesale. Normal browsing and normal use of our extension are, obviously, fine.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from use of the site, from following a link, or from any transaction with a third party.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
